Wellness Challenges (March 6th - March 12th)
*Each week we will provide a list of several activities in the area of focus. Here are the activites for this week.
Your challenge is to try at least one!
Try one of the tips for better sleep (less than 5 minutes)
Incorporate one strategy for healthy eating on the run (5-15 minutes)
Use your body weight to give yourself a full body workout (15-30 minutes)
Watch a documentary on Health and Wellness (30+ minutes)
